We follow standardized order processing workflows and adopt shockproof, scratch-resistant packaging materials to fully protect bag products. We strive to deliver all parcels safely and keep logistics schedules on track.
1. Order Processing Time

We complete order verification, goods inspection and sealed packaging within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed successfully.

Order processing will be suspended on Hong Kong weekends and statutory public holidays, including Lunar New Year, Easter, Mid-Autumn Festival and Christmas.

During large-scale promotional events and order surges, order preparation progress may be slightly delayed. We will send reminder emails to customers promptly once obvious delivery delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on parcel volumetric weight, overall package dimension and delivery destination, and the exact logistics cost will be displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

Local Hong Kong Orders

All local bag parcels are delivered via standard local courier service. For addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and main New Territories commercial districts, the estimated delivery window is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Remote areas including Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and outlying villages require an extra 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Sundays and public holidays do not include regular residential delivery service.

International Cross-border Orders

Global standard shipping is available for all bag products, with an estimated delivery period of 12 to 20 business days, subject to actual logistics progress.

All quoted delivery durations are for reference only. Actual arrival time may be affected by courier operational delays, cross-border customs inspection, extreme weather, regional transport restrictions and overseas official holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Parcel Tracking

Once our warehouse hands over parcels to authorized local or international logistics partners, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email containing unique tracking number and tracking portal link.

Due to cross-system data sync delay, tracking records will be updated and available for query within 24 hours after parcel dispatch.

If tracking information fails to load normally, customers can contact our customer support team for manual parcel tracing assistance.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address Disclaimer

Customers must fill in accurate, complete and valid recipient address, postal code and contact mobile number at checkout, and double-check all delivery information before submitting orders.

Our store shall not take any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or parcel loss caused by incomplete, false or invalid address information provided by buyers.

If parcels are returned to our Hong Kong warehouse due to address errors, buyers shall independently bear all extra reshipping charges incurred. We do not offer free redelivery for address mistakes made by customers.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your bag parcel goes missing or untraceable during local or international transit, please submit a loss investigation request to our customer service team within 5 working days after the scheduled delivery date.

Long-distance transportation may lead to extrusion deformation and outer package rupture of bag goods. If you receive damaged items, please keep the original complete outer packaging and take clear evidence photos within 24 hours after receiving parcels. Our support team will carry out full verification and provide targeted solutions as soon as possible.
6. Bag Care & Usage Notice

Each bag product is attached with exclusive fabric care instructions, covering leather, polyester, canvas and other mainstream bag materials. Customers should use, clean and store items strictly following the printed care guidelines.

We decline all after-sales compensation claims for product deformation, abrasion, discoloration and breakage caused by improper maintenance, unauthorized self-modification and rough daily use.
7. International Shipping & Customs Declaration Notice

We provide global cross-border shipping service for all bag merchandise. Overseas shipments may generate import duties, customs clearance handling fees and other statutory charges required by destination countries or regions.

All customs-related expenses shall be fully borne by order recipients, and such fees are not included in product prices and settled shipping costs on checkout.

We will not be responsible for parcel detention, customs rejection and relevant economic losses arising from buyers’ failure to comply with local import declaration regulations and tax payment rules.
